About
Specialising in change, loss and grief, we recognise that throughout our lives we experience many changes and losses, through death, breakdown of relationships, domestic violence, sexual abuse, transitioning through middle and older age and many other losses that can cause a grief response. Urban Sparrow offers workshops and retreats with a focus on understanding where grief is present in our lives and allowing a place where we can both reflect and work through some of the impact of losses and find ways to move through the grief process. Located in Newcastle, NSW, we are able to offer counselling and supervision in a face to face setting, or if you prefer via zoom.
